The hotel is very good, but bare in mind, while we were there there was a renovation, so you'll get there and is gonna be even better (but we paid a very good price) The staff at the reception is very nice and clear, there is an ice machine on the second floor. I don't know why but as Europeans, these things made us laugh, then going around New York we noticed that basically all the water is served with ice (beginning of March). Location is very good, close to the Metro and we felt safe walking late in the evening, There were many places to eat or buy groceries if needed. The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom ok. Coffee for and water for free in the lobby

I had a great time staring at four points by Sheraton, New York downtown. first off the staff were very friendly and tentative made sure we have plenty of new towels would come in every day and fix the room up to look nice as if it was brand new now about the location. It’s close to the 9/11 Memorial and the Statue of Liberty port, but it will be a distance away from anything that has to do Near Times Square, Empire State Building, Central Park if most of your agenda is catered to those areas then I might not recommend this place, but as far as cleanliness and comfort, this was the perfect hotel

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the ferry terminal and the metro was a few minutes walk away. Also within waking distance of the WTC. The room was clean and serviced daily. There was not much road noise and for a light sleeper, this was important. Bed was super comfy. We arrived early before check-in and they locked up our baggage so that we could begin exploring the area. Good coffee was on tap which was served in the lobby each morning. No issues with wifi. Will definitely be back

Our room was wonderfully quiet — we didn’t hear any of the ongoing construction on the lower floors. The king-size bed and pillows were super comfortable, and we slept perfectly. It was spotlessly clean, our bed was made every day, and fresh towels were provided daily. The location is unbeatable — just steps from Fulton St and Wall St subway stations, making it easy to reach all the main sights. Plenty of great food spots, coffee places, and a well-stocked supermarket (Jubilee) nearby.
